The Fitmus wood gymnastic rings are professionally CNC machined and hand sanded from your choice of 1.11″ baltic birch plywood (FIG specs) or 1.25″ birch (gym specs). They include heavy duty 18-foot long 1.5″ wide cam buckle straps with numbered markings to make it easy to line your rings up evenly and quickly. What is Included:
