All wood panels are CNC machined for secure, precision interlocking and pre drilled screws makes this box a very fast to install plyometric box. Dimensions: 30” x 24” x 20” (can be turned on any side) The centre of the box is reinforced with a plywood bracing on all 4 sides for maximum strength.
